Cancellation Policy

I appreciate that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules change. My goal is to provide the best service to all of my clients while respecting the time, care and effort involved in preparing for each session. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 5 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the session cost.

Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients.

  • The full session fee will still apply.

Emergency Situations:

  • I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made via your confirmation or reminder emails, or by phone, text, or email.
