Inner Smile Club Membership terms and conditions

1. Membership Benefits

• Members receive one massage per month, at their chosen tier length, as part of their membership package.

• Members can book an unlimited number of additional massages at the exclusive discounted membership rate (£5 off).

• Members get priority booking via early access to my upcoming availability.

• Members can book up to 6 months ahead of time.

• Members can add an optional foot soak and scrub to any massage at no extra cost.

2. Membership Fees & Payment

• Membership fees are billed every month.

• Payment will be automatically taken from your payment card and is required to maintain active membership status and access to benefits.

3. Cancellation & Rejoining Policy

• Members may cancel their membership at any time.

• Once cancelled, re-enrollment is only permitted after a minimum of twelve (12) months.

• Membership benefits cease immediately upon cancellation, and any remaining credits are subject to the expiration policy.

• All appointments are subject to the Inner Smile Massage Cancellation Policy.

• If an appointment booked with a membership credit is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it is at my discretion whether the credit will count as used or not. If it is the first instance of this happening, I will allow you to reschedule with the same token. If this happens regularly, the credit will be considered used.

4. Credit Expiration

• Unused monthly massage credits expire after three (3) months from the date of issue.

• Expired credits cannot be redeemed, transferred, or refunded.

5. Booking & Availability

• Massage appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

• As a member, you will get priority access to my calendar and will be able to book up to 6 months in advance.

• Members are encouraged to book early to secure their preferred dates and times.

6. Gifting Policy

• Members may transfer up to four (4) massages per year to family, friends, or loved ones.

• Gifted massages must be used within the recipient’s membership period or before the credit expiration date, whichever comes first.

• Once you’ve booked an appointment, please send me an email with the lucky recipient’s

  • name

  • email address

  • phone number

  • relation to you (friend, sister, partner etc.)

7. General Terms

• Membership benefits are non-transferable except as outlined in the gifting policy.

• Inner Smile Massage reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to active members.

• By joining the membership, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
